The WalkTop and Aspiring Entrepreneurs Meet at George Brown College

Ever wondered if entrepreneurship is for you? Ever wondered if you can walk and work at the same time? Attendees at the startGBC event "Demystifying Entrepreneurship" are set to find out. Laurel Walzak, Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Fitneff will be speaking at George Brown College. And she's bringing the WalkTop™ with her!

The free event - "Why Not Me? Demystifying Entrepreneurship" - will take place between 6:00pm and 8:30pm on May 27, 2015 and is hosted by George Brown College Alumni Relations and startGBC. While registration for the event ended May 20th, the WalkTop treadmill desk will be available for attendees and general public visitors to try for themselves. A special $80 discount code will be handed out at the event - so be sure to stop by.

Location: George Brown College, Waterfront Campus - 51 Dockside Drive, Toronto.

An Ontario teacher felt that existing recess, phys ed and Daily Physical Activity initiatives didn't quite go far enough to keep kids active, so he created a program of his own. Now it is available to teachers across the country.
