Fitneff & The Healthy Back Program, by MIA Jerritt, have partnered to offer comprehensive & affordable education on back health and will cover the following functional fundamentals:

  • Prevent, reduce or eliminate back pain
  • Functional core strength including stability, flexibility, mobility, endurance and balance
  • Improvement in overall life and daily activity, starting at the back

ABOUT MIA JARRITT: 

Mia Jerritt has been a Medical Exercise Specialist, a Medical Exercise Program Director and a Post Rehab Technician for 14 years. She was certified with BCRPA for 20 years from it's first course in 1985 until she became a Trainer of Trainers for the Association. She was the first ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer on Vancouver Island and one of the first in B.C. She has been certified as a Sports Conditioning Specialist through the Play Strong Institute in Texas and a Reebok Spin Instructor since 1997. She holds a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition through the ALIVE Academy and has been an Exercise Specialist for 30 years.  Mia has been tirelessly committed to people's health through education, rehabilitation, motivation, inspiration, compassion and most importantly-humour. She has dedicated her working life to creating leading edge programs which benefit the health of others. It has been her dream and her goal to produce some of these programs on DVD so individuals living anywhere can benefit from the programs. The Healthy Back Program is the first in a series of post-rehab programs people will be able to enjoy in the comfort of their own home.
