  1. What is Fitneff Inc? 
    Fitneff is one of Canada's premier suppliers of furniture products that integrate movement into daily life at work, at school, at home and on-the-go.  We specialize in solutions that are easy to set up and can be shipped directly to locations across Canada.  Purchase products directly online at www.fitneff.ca or phone us at 1-888-632-3220 to have one of our sales reps contact you directly to provide a customized quote. 
  2. What locations do you ship to?
    Fitneff ships to all major centres across Canada that are serviced by major shipping organizations.  Orders from locations not serviced by major shipping services are subject to Fitneff's sole discretion; please contact customer service at shop@fitneff.com and we'll be happy to help!  See Payment and Shipping for more information. 
  3. How soon will my items ship out? 
    Most of the items on www.fitneff.ca are “Quick Ship” with Standard Ground Shipping of 5 to 10 Business Days to all provinces in Canada, with a few exceptions. Don’t hesistate to contact us at shop@fitneff.com if you’re concerned about shipping times.  Price is dependent on products ordered and shipping location.  See Payment and Shipping for more information. 
  4. What is your return policy? 
    If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, credit or refund.  See Returns and Exchanges for more information. 
  5. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders? 
    Fitneff offers corporate and educational discounts.  If you would like to get a quote on your order, contact us a shop@fitneff.com. 
  6. Do you have a showroom or retail space? 
    Fitneff is an e-commerce company selling products across Canada and unfortunately does not have a showroom or retail space in any one city. However, we do have reps for various areas who can help you out and tell you more about our demo programs for schools and businesses.  Contact us at shop@fitneff.com.  
  7. I don't see what I want on your site. Can I place a custom order? 
    Absolutely!  In addition to quick-ship items on www.fitneff.ca, we have access to thousands more items from our manufacturers.  Contact us at shop@fitneff.com to have a sales rep contact you to determine what your requirements are and provide a quote on a custom or contract order. 
  8. What do I do if my order arrives damaged? 
    If you receive a damaged product it can be returned as per the manufacturers warranty return policy.  Regardless, if you are unhappy with your product it can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, credit or refund.  See Returns and Exchanges for more information. 
  9. I lost my tracking information. How can I get a copy of that? 
    For any information regarding your purchase or delivery tracking information contact Fitneff at shop@fitneff.com or at 1-888-632-3220.  Please have your order number with you when contacting Fitneff. 
  10. Do you manufacture these products yourself? 
    Fitneff is proud to be the official manufacturer of the WalkTop™ Treadmill Desk.  All other products are manufactured by quality suppliers selected by Fitneff.

  12. Can I place an order by phone?
    Yes.  Please contact Fitneff at 1-888-632-3220 and have your credit card ready when placing an order by phone.  For corporate and educational orders please phone 1-888-632-3220 to talk directly to a sales representative.
